SMS Terms

Effective July 30, 2026

Su Information Technologies LLC, doing business as Suithera

The program

Suithera Appointment Reminders sends appointment reminder and booking confirmation text messages on behalf of your clinician’s practice, from a dedicated toll-free number, only to clients who have opted in.

Opting in

You opt in by giving your mobile number and your consent to your clinician — in the intake conversation, on the practice’s intake paperwork, or whenever you later provide a number. Your clinician records that consent in Suithera against your record, and no message is ever sent to a number that is not recorded as opted in. There is no sign-up form on this website, and no page here can enroll a phone number.

Consent is recorded per client, is a one-to-one agreement between you and your clinician’s practice, is not transferable, and is not a condition of receiving care. The exact language your clinician presents when collecting your number is published at SMS opt-in.

What to expect

  • Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule: up to three reminders per appointment — about 48 hours, 24 hours and 1 hour before it starts — and one confirmation when an appointment is booked. Most practices send two reminders and confirm by email rather than text, so two messages per appointment is typical.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carrier fees are your responsibility.
  • Messages are deliberately minimal and never include diagnosis or treatment details — appointment specifics live in your secure portal.

Replying to a reminder

Reminder messages accept two replies: C confirms the appointment, and X cancels it. A reply applies to the appointment named in the most recent reminder you were sent. Cancelling this way frees the slot and notifies your clinician immediately — it does not unsubscribe you, and it does not stop reminders for your other appointments. The number does not accept free-text messages; to write to your clinician, use your secure portal.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Your mobile carrier blocks further messages from this number immediately and sends its own confirmation, which begins “NETWORK MSG” and is not from Suithera. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@suithera.com. You can also ask your clinician to disable reminders for you.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued participation in the program after a change is acceptance. See also the Terms of Service.
