SMS Terms
Effective July 30, 2026
Su Information Technologies LLC, doing business as Suithera
The program
Suithera Appointment Reminderssends appointment reminder and booking confirmation text messages on behalf of your clinician’s practice, from a dedicated toll-free number, only to clients who have opted in.
Opting in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and consent during your clinician’s intake process or in the secure client portal’s notification settings. Consent is recorded per client, is a one-to-one agreement between you and your clinician’s practice, is not transferable, and is not a condition of receiving care.
What to expect
- Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule — typically a few messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carrier fees are your responsibility.
- Messages are deliberately minimal and never include diagnosis or treatment details — appointment specifics live in your secure portal.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; a final message will confirm your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@suithera.com. You can also ask your clinician to disable reminders for you.
Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued participation in the program after a change is acceptance. See also the Terms of Service.
