The terms, before you buy
What's included, in numbers.
"Unlimited" is how done-for-you websites end up with a queue. Here is the actual shape of the service, stated before you pay rather than discovered afterwards.
Typically home, about, services, fees & insurance, and contact. A custom build raises this to 7. Legal and compliance pages — privacy notice, notice of privacy practices, terms, accessibility statement — are provided free and do not count against either number.
Year one, this address is the plan: one certificate, one host, nothing to configure. Connecting a domain you already own is a later phase — and when it ships, we still never buy or hold your domain. It stays in your name, which is the difference between hiring a service and being captured by one.
Send the change, we make it. Two a month is more than most practices use; past that, further updates in the same month are $49 each. Editing your own hours, rates, specialties or FAQ inside Suithera is unlimited and free — the allowance is for work we do, not for changes you make.
We deliberately do not resell you a mailbox. hello@yourpractice.com forwards to the inbox you already use and you can send from it — set up at $0. A mailbox that receives PHI is its own regulated product, and bundling one badly is worse than not bundling one.
Separate from your Solo trial and separate from every other add-on, so trying the website does not quietly consume time on the plan you are already evaluating.

A commissioned build: we work from a written brief about your practice instead of from your profile alone. $1,499 one-time, on top of the $59/mo subscription that hosts and maintains it. $499 for the first ten practices.
- 7 designed pages rather than 5 — room for a per-modality page, a group or workshop page, or the referral page a specialist practice actually needs.
- Art direction from a brief: your existing site if you have one, sites whose feel you want, and your areas of specialty — in your words, not inferred.
- The monthly plan still applies — the one-time fee buys the build, and the subscription hosts it, keeps it current, and covers the same update allowance.
How it works
There is no Buy button, on purpose.
A commissioned build is an agreement between two people, and nobody should be able to spend $1,499 by mis-clicking a toggle.

Scope, page count, revision rounds, timeline and what happens if you cancel — on one screen.

What if I don't like the design?
Ask for another direction — the engine generates alternatives and you pick. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Do I need to write anything?
No. The copy is drafted from your practice profile. You can edit every word before publishing — most therapists change a sentence or two.
What happens if I cancel the add-on?
Your site unpublishes at the end of the billing cycle. Your practice profile and content stay in Suithera, so turning it back on later restores the site. If you paid for a custom build, the design work is yours — cancelling stops the hosting, not your ownership of what was made.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet — year one, every site lives at its included .sites.suithera.com address. Connecting a domain you own is a later phase, and the ownership rule is already settled for it: we will never buy or hold a domain on your behalf, so leaving stays a DNS change rather than a negotiation.
Do I get an email address with it?
Not a mailbox — a mailbox that receives client email is a HIPAA-covered service in its own right, and reselling one badly is worse than not offering it. Forwarding from your own domain and send-as arrive with the custom-domain phase, free when it ships.
