Can I turn add-ons on and off whenever I want?

Yes. Every add-on is a switch in your settings. Turn one on and it works immediately; turn it off and it stops billing at your next cycle. Your data stays either way.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes — a Business Associate Agreement is part of signup for every practice, not an enterprise upsell. It's included at every price.

What happens past the AI Notes fair-use limit?

Nothing breaks. Notes, records, and templates keep working — new AI drafts pause until your next billing cycle. 300 notes a month covers a five-day-a-week caseload.

What does taking client card payments cost?

Client payments settle directly into your own Stripe account — Suithera never holds your money. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee plus Suithera's 0.25% platform fee: for US-issued cards that works out to 3.15% + 30¢ per transaction, all-in.

International and premium cards carry Stripe's higher processing rates (for example, +1.5% for internationally issued cards), passed through at cost. Suithera's share stays 0.25% regardless of card type.

Is there a contract?

No. Suithera is monthly. Cancel anytime, and export your full records on the way out — they're yours.
