Suithera Appointment Reminders — SMS opt-in

Effective August 12, 2026

Su Information Technologies LLC, doing business as Suithera

This page documents how a client opts in to Suithera Appointment Reminders, the appointment reminder text-message program operated by Suithera on behalf of the clinician’s practice, and reproduces the exact consent language a client is given before their number is enrolled.

Who sends these messages

Su Information Technologies LLC, doing business as Suithera

support@suithera.com

Every message in this program is sent from one dedicated toll-free number: +1 (844) 230-4180 (+18442304180). The program uses no other number, and this number is not used for anything else.

Suithera is the practice management system the clinician uses; the clinician’s practice is the party the client has a treatment relationship with.

How a client opts in

There is no public sign-up form for text messages on this website, and no page on this site can enroll a phone number. Consent is collected by the client’s clinician during intake — in the intake conversation, on the practice’s intake paperwork, or when the client later gives a mobile number — and is recorded in Suithera against that client. Suithera is the system of record for the consent: it stores the mobile number and a per-client opt-in flag, and the reminder pipeline refuses to send to any client whose flag is not set.

Consent is a one-to-one agreement between the client and the clinician’s practice. It is never bought, rented, or shared, and it is not transferable between practices.

Nothing is sent until the client confirms by text. The consent taken at intake authorises exactly one message: a request asking the client to reply YES from their own handset. Appointment confirmations and reminders begin only after that reply arrives, and a client who never replies never receives one. The reply is what Suithera Appointment Reminders relies on — held by us, timestamped by the carrier, and given by the person who owns the number rather than reported on their behalf.

The consent language, verbatim

This is the language presented to the client when the mobile number is collected. It is the same text rendered in the clinician’s consent screen — both surfaces read it from a single source, so the published wording and the presented wording cannot drift apart.

By giving your mobile number you agree to receive appointment reminder and booking confirmation text messages from Suithera Appointment Reminders, sent by Su Information Technologies LLC (doing business as Suithera) on behalf of your clinician's practice. Consent is not a condition of receiving care and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule: up to three reminders per appointment — about 48 hours, 24 hours and 1 hour before it starts — and one confirmation when an appointment is booked. Most practices send two reminders and confirm by email rather than text, so you will usually receive two messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@suithera.com.

You can also reply C to confirm an appointment or X to cancel it. Cancelling by text frees the slot and tells your clinician right away; it does not stop future reminders.

These messages never include clinical information — no diagnosis, treatment, session content, or provider name. Appointment details stay in your secure client portal.

What the clinician records

After presenting the language above, the clinician records the consent on the client’s record. The illustration below reproduces that screen with a placeholder number; it contains no real client information.

What the messages actually say

The program sends the message bodies below and no others. Every one is a fixed template that no clinician can edit, and none carries a name, a diagnosis, a treatment detail, or a provider. These are the same strings the sending code emits and the same strings filed on the carrier verification application — the page, the sender and the filing read from one source, so they cannot drift apart.

  • Confirmation request, the only message sent before the client replies: “Suithera Appointment Reminders: reply YES to start appointment reminders. Up to 4 msgs/appt. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Enrollment, sent once the client replies YES: “Suithera Appointment Reminders: you're enrolled in appointment reminders. Up to 4 msgs/appt. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Booking confirmation: “Suithera Appointment Reminders: your appointment is booked. Details in your secure portal. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Booking confirmation, when the clinician includes the time: “Suithera Appointment Reminders: your appointment is booked for Thu, Sep 24, 10:30 AM. Details in your secure portal. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Appointment reminder: “Suithera: reminder of your upcoming appointment. Reply C to confirm, X to cancel. Details in your secure portal. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Reply to an inbound HELP: “Suithera Appointment Reminders by Su Information Technologies LLC. Appointment reminders only. Help: support@suithera.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Every message is triggered by a scheduled appointment belonging to the recipient. The program sends no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages of any kind, and the number is used for nothing else.

Replying to a reminder

A client can reply C to confirm the appointment in the most recent reminder, or X to cancel it. Cancelling by text frees the slot and notifies the clinician at once; it is not an opt-out and does not stop future reminders. Suithera sends no reply to either keyword — the result appears in the client’s portal and on the clinician’s dashboard. Free-text messages receive no response.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. On a toll-free number the carrier enforces this itself: it blocks further messages immediately and sends its own confirmation, which begins “NETWORK MSG” and does not come from Suithera. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume. Reply HELP for help, email support@suithera.com, or ask the clinician to turn reminders off. Opting out of text messages never affects care.
